Recently, our DigiTrust auditor Kevin Wong-Chung at the Business Unit Industrial Automation/Application Development of SPIE Netherlands to issue the ISO27001 sub-certificate. This as part of SPIE Netherlands' central certification.
In the past, they were all separate management systems and certifications, but SPIE Netherlands is working on 1 central management system, to which an additional business unit is added each time.
DigiTrust assessed during this audit that this Business Unit, as part of the central ISMS has a well-functioning information security management system. On behalf of DigiTrust, congratulations to SPIE Netherlands on this extension. Of course, the validity of this sub-certificate, depends on the validity of the main certificate.
DigiTrust has gained experience at several large organisations, with a central ISMS and a 'connection model' for unloading business units cq organisations in relation to a multi-site Management System.
