DigiTrust has a register/database of all issued certificates. The register lists for each certificate holder: the official name of the organisation, the geographical location of the main site and any site within the scope of certification, the standard for which they have been certified, the scope and validity of the certificate. A certificate can have a status of; pending, active, suspended or revoked. DigiTrust does not issue certificates to third parties, but can send you certification details.
